Together with our partner Identbase GmbH, we had the pleasure of welcoming numerous visitors to our booth and presenting our latest developments in card printing technology live.
A particular highlight was the successful debut of our DC-8600 Pro system board and the unveiling of the DASCOM DC-4100 direct-to-card printer. The strong interest and positive feedback underscored the importance of high-performance, future-proof solutions for modern security applications.

Up to now, the DTL had printed its athletes’ start passes on paper. However, the low level of security provided competitors with an opportunity to raise allegations of tampering. In order to rule out such suspicions once and for all, the DTL decided to adopt improved printing technology. Using the DASCOM card printer enhances security against forgery and, at the same time, marks an important step towards modernising the DTL’s administration.
